Shipping Information

  • Delivery tracker to home or work (with Royal mail or DHL or any other shipping company the designers are using) directly from the designers.

  • You will receive products directly from the designer who designed, created or made your item.

  • Shipping costs can vary between different brands depending on their location - see below for more details.

  • Before shipping, the supplier may send a video / high res photos of the products to the customers for their approval.

  • Supplier insurance will cover defects caused during shipping.

  • You can order multiple products from one designer for a flat delivery cost

  • FREE returns worldwide if the product is defective - 14 day policy

  • You will receive an estimated delivery window in your order confirmation email

  • Orders are dispatched directly from our designers - meaning you are receiving your product straight from the small creative business that designed or created your product.

  • We're unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Duties and Taxes

  • We include the cost of all duties and taxes in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the following countries: UK, USA, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Italy, Greece, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

  • If you are ordering from outside the destinations listed above, the price you pay to Let’s Jewels will exclude all relevant duties and taxes. As the recipient of the order, you will need to pay any import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on the exact amount, and recommend you contact your local customs office/tax authority before placing an order.

Deliveries, Exhanges, Returns and Refunds

  • The retail prices on LET’S Jewels website is VAT included.

  • Free delivery for Customers in the UK. 

  • International Customers will have to pay for delivery unless otherwise specified.

  • No refunds, returns or exchanges if the product(s) have been made to order or customised for the customer.

  • When the product is made to order (7days - 6weeks) the Customer will have to pay the full amount of the product beforehand.

  • You can exchange the product(s) you purchased within 14 days if it’s not made to order or customised.

  • We do not accept refunds if you decide you do not like the look of the products after purchasing. Provided the products are a true representation offered by Let’s Jewels.

  • Product(s) which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered as a defected product(s).

  • Please note that we're unable to offer a repair, exchanges or refund for product(s) that you have owned longer than 6 months.

  • If you would like to exchange the product(s) you purchased, it has to be returned back to the designer in perfect condition.

  • LET’s Jewels act as agent to the designers only- you the customer, are purchasing any product(s) from the designers.

 

  • Contact LET’S Jewels by email within 14 days of receiving your order, contact@lets-jewels.com

  • To request a return or exchange if product(s) are extremely damaged and receive your free Collect+ returns label (s). Please inform us which item(s) you wish to return or exchange. The label will be sent to you by email and will require printing.

Defected Products

Free shipping and refund or exchange of the product(s) within 14 days if the product(s) are defected (and not made to order). Collection will be arranged by the Designers.
